The Des Moines 48 Hour Film Project

Returning in 2012

The 48 Hour Film Project will return to Des Moines the weekend of July 27 - 29, 2012. Filmmakers from all over the Des Moines area will compete to see who can make the best short film in only 48 hours. The winning film will go up against films from around the world for the title "Best 48 Hour Film of 2012".

Registration opens Tuesday, May 22. Early Bird Registration is $140. Teams must register on or before Monday, July 2 to get this special rate. Regular registration is $160. If teams register after Tuesday, July 17 they must pay a rate of $175.

Notes	Come enjoy some of the best entries from the 2011 event from cities around the globe, including the 2011 Des Moines Best of City Winner "Oh Drama" Representatives from the Des Moines 48HFP will be on hand to answer any questions you may have about the 2012 event. Tickets are $8.
