Per Rule 21M, a segment of animation is to be displayed before your film begins. Please select from the options below to download this animation. (The submit button will take you to a new page where you can download the slate.)

File format:	Quicktime WMV MP4 (If you use a Mac, pick Quicktime. If you use a PC, try each of the above formats.)
Video format:	NTSC PAL (If you live in the United States, Canada, or Barbados, pick NTSC. Otherwise, pick PAL.)
Zipped:	zipped not zipped (Try zipped. If that doesn't work, try not zipped.)

The Text Option
