We loved every minute of it
We took getting 'Silent Film' as a genre more as a restriction than a genre — We could do any genre we wanted, as long as our characters didn't speak... Ever person on my team went above and beyond during the production, and good friendships became great. The only stress was in the last couple of hours, where post production render times become your worst enemy. We turned our film in with 7 minutes to spare, and THEN came back to home base to watch it — There were so many moving parts at the end that no one had seen the entire film from beginning to end when we turned it in. What a great experience — looking forward to next year!

the plagues of the holler
Lets see this will make more sense once it is seen but during the course of filming, the director was bitten by a dog, 5 cast members were swarmed by hornets and then there was the hidden barb wire fence that 2 cast members ran into while shooting a scene. All in all, a bloody production that actually spooked us enough to change the ending of our movie. What a hoot!
