Awestruck

So, this might be the 10th time I've worked on a 48HFP. Needless to say, I've had time to fine tune some processes and work with a lot of different people and personalities.

Lot of firsts this year. Some I'll save until the screening (we're Group D - come vote for us!). Some I'm not so proud of (many apologies to Suzie for making paperwork a herculean task). A few truths from the weekend:

Most stressful of all my experiences. Much of that was due to setting unrealistic expectations. But, noone succeeds reaching for the bottom rung. This was the least amount of sleep I've gotten. This was the most talented and motivated group of individuals I've ever worked with. No offense to past team mates. I love all of my ConPro family. But there was no fat at all on this team. We tried you, we tested you, we ran you through 30+ set ups and you delivered. Amazing group of people.

Regardless how we score with the judges I am proud of my team and very grateful to Kahmeela and her team (Dan) for giving us all the chance to participate in a great event.

Thank you Confluence Productions family and best of luck to all the 48 teams.
