The 48 Yes We Cannes - Global Film Competition

A. Times

The Yes We Cannes - Global Film Competition (YWCGFC) will occur worldwide the weekend of December 2-4, 2022.

The Yes We Cannes - Global Film Competition competition period begins Friday, December 2 at 7:00pm and ends on Sunday, December 4 at Midnight. All times are referenced to each participant’s local time zone. This is the Official Time Period.

The participating group/team must complete its film/video work in time to upload its film to Cinema48.com by the end of the competition period.

B. 제작 과정

C. 준비

공식시간 전에 가능한 작업:

• 팀 구성
• 캐스트 구성
• 장비 확보
• 장소 섭외

D. 장면

모든 장면은 공식 시간 기준 내에 촬영해야한다.

미리 촬영 혹은 제작된 장면은 사용되지 못합니다.

애니메이션 및 특수 효과는 허용됩니다. 하지만 반드시 공식 시간 기준 내에 제작되어야 합니다.(Note: 스톡 푸티지는 후반작업이나 백그라운드 모니터로 허가될 수 있습니다. 사용가능 한 스톡 푸티지는 총알, 불, 폭발, 크로마키 백그라운드 등입니다. 하지만 사람이나 다른 퍼포먼스의 스톡 푸티지는 불허합니다.)

저작권을 가진 사진은 가능합니다. 이 사진은 공식 시간 기준에 촬영 될 필요는 없습니다. 하지만 미리 촬영된 사진으로 모션 일루젼을 만드는 것은 불허합니다.

E. Kickoff Event

To be officially eligible for competition:

• The Team Leader must upload a completed copy of the Team Leaders Agreement to Cinema48.com before the Kickoff Event. A team may not participate without submitting this agreement.
• Each eligible team will then receive a Kickoff e-mail at 7:00pm their local time on Friday, December 2. The Kickoff e-mail will contain two genres from which to choose. Teams may choose either genre for their film. In addition, the Kickoff email will contain a line of dialog, character, and prop (required elements).
• Each team's film must be shot in one of the two genres and all of required elements must be included for the film to be eligible for competition.

F. 필수 요소

• 공식 출품작이 되기 위해서, 각 영화는 선택받은 장르여야 하며, 시간 내에, 엔딩 크레딧 전에 모든 필수 요소를 담아야 합니다.

G. 자원봉사

모든 캐스팅과 참가자는 자원봉사여야 합니다.

H. Animal Safety

Animal safety, like cast and crew safety, is an important part of 48 Hour Filmmaking. Films that result in the death or mutilation of an animal may be disqualified.

I. 카메라

모든 종류의 비디오 및 카메라는 사용가능합니다. 촬영 카메라 개수에는 제한이 없습니다.

J. 음악 저작권

참가 그룹은 작곡가 혹은 뮤지션과 협업하여 영화를 위한 음악을 쓰거나 녹음할 수 있습니다. 사전에 녹음된 음악을 사용하기 위한 그룹은 허가 가능 합니다. 하지만 참가 그룹이 그 음악에 관한 저작권을 가지고 있어야 합니다. 음악의 경우 미리 녹음된 효과음이 사용 가능하지만 당신은 그것들을 사용할 권리를 가지고 있어야 합니다.

Note: 원 저작자의 동의없이 만든 패러디는 얽되지 않습니다. 이 규정은 미국 및 국제 저작권 법에 따라 정당하게 사용하고자 만들어 졌습니다.

K. Total Running Time

The finished film must be a minimum of 4 minutes in duration, and a maximum of 7 minutes in duration—not including end credits. In other words, the official running time begins after the required 48HFP slates and ends prior to the end credits. The required slates and the end credits do not count towards the minimum time of 4 minutes. The film story may not be longer than 7 minutes. Yes We Cannes - Global Film Competition reserves the right to shorten any film that exceeds the maximum length for screening purposes.

대회 이후의 슬레이트와 크레딧

온라인 또는 다른 대회 이후의 상영에서도, 영화는 This film was made for the 48 Hour Film Project 2015. www.48hourfilm.com. 라는 타이틀 카드를 유지해야 합니다.

M. Required Media Formats

For complete submission requirements, check www.48hourfilm.com/yes-we-cannes.

Maximum File Size: 2GB.

If your film does not conform to the submission requirements listed below, it may be disqualified. Also, if your film cannot be viewed on 48HFP equipment, it may be disqualified. Your film must be submitted in one of the following formats:

• Preferred: H.264 encoded .mp4
• Alternate formats: self-contained Quicktime .mov (no proprietary codecs)

N. Submission Notes

• The Team Leader for each registered team will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to properly submit their film. It is the responsibility of the Team Leader to ensure submission information is passed along to the team member(s) who will be performing the upload.
• We recommend that you make sound levels relatively even throughout your film.

O. 제작 문서

Q. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Project, Entries must be the original work of the Entrant; must not infringe third-party's rights; must be suitable for publication (i.e., may not be obscene or indecent); must not contain obscene or pornographic material; may not contain defamatory statements about any person, company, organization or entity; may not invade privacy or other rights of any person, company or entity; may not in any other way violate applicable laws and regulations; and may not contain any copyrighted elements (other than as owned by the Entrant and/or Yes We Cannes - Global Film Competition).

Entries containing prohibited or inappropriate content as determined by the Yes We Cannes - Global Film Competition, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate will be disqualified. Yes We Cannes - Global Film Competition reserves the right to make the final determination as to which Entries are eligible. Yes We Cannes - Global Film Competition reserves the right to refuse to present or judge a film or to make an announcement at the screening regarding the content of the film. Yes We Cannes - Global Film Competition reserves the right to alter a film in order to remove or delete offensive or defamatory content.

R. 선 상영 및 배포 금지

참가자들은 상영 전에 어떠한 방식으로도 그들의 비디오를 배포할 수 없습니다. 즉, 상영이나 웹사이트에 업로드 하는 것은 금지되어 있습니다. 우리는 배포 대신 예고편을 만드는 것을 권장합니다. 단 예고편은 48초를 넘기면 안됩니다.

S. 공식 출품 영화

To be certified as an 공식 출품 영화로 인정받기 위해서, 각 참가팀의 필름/비디오 프로덕션은 다음 규정을 따라야 합니다. 48시간 영화제 주최 측은 오직 공식 출품 영화 자격을 가진 영화에 관한 권리를 가지고 있습니다.

T. 기재사항은 반환되지 않습니다

미디어, 문서를 포함한 모든 기재사항은 반환되지 않습니다.

U. Disqualification

YWCGFC and Project Parties may, in their sole discretion, disqualify Entries deemed to be inappropriate or otherwise non-compliant. All participating teams (team leaders, team members and team fans) must adhere to all rules re: filmmaking competition and online Audience Award voting.
