来自Shanghai, CN 上海的电影人会竞争在中只有48个小时谁能够制作最好的短片。 获胜的电影和其他国家的获胜电影将会去 Filmapalooza 2021 有机会赢得大奖，在戛纳电影节屏幕，2021, 在Court Métrage.
Registration Fees
- Early Bird: 700 CNY/team ends 10月16日 (Fri)
- Regular: 900 CNY/team ends 11月2日 (Mon)
- Late: 1100 CNY/team ends 11月6日 (Fri)

At least one member from each team will need to logon and join a virtual zoom meeting and
participate in the rules reading,
get the Genre assignment and
learn the 3 required elements for 2020.
