Exhausted Richmond Teams Submit Films

Filmmaking teams from throughout the Richmond area successfully completed a weekend of filmmaking. Films were due on Sunday, July 20 and the last few minutes before the deadline saw filmmakers, operating on little sleep and lots of adrenaline, rushing to get their films in on time.

All of the films that were submitted on Sunday night will screen on the dates below. Come see what Richmond area filmmakers can do!

Premiere Screenings

Place  The Byrd Theater, 2908 W. Cary Street Richmond VA 23221
Tickets  $10.00 per screening and $15 for weekend pass (purchase them here)
Notes  The Richmond 48Hour Film Project competition ended and now it is time to see whose films wow our judges and sway the audience. On July 26-27, 2014 screenings for the Richmond 48Hour Film Project wil be held at the historic Byrd Theater in Richmond VA from 1-4:30PM! There will be three groups screening from the Richmond 48Hour Film Project. Group A&B will screen on Saturday July 26 and on July 27 Group C will screen and afterwards there will be a special Q&A with filmmakers about their process and experience during the Richmond 48Hour Film Project. The screenings will be $10 per screening with a special $15 weekend pass to see all screenings. Also the Wrap Party will be on July 26 at the Portrait House in Carytown Richmond VA. Tickets can also be purchased at the door or online $10.00 per screening and $15 for weekend pass.
