The Cleveland 48 Hour Film Project

The 48 Hour Film Project comes to Cleveland on the weekend of July 10 - 12, 2015. Filmmakers from all over the Cleveland area will compete to see who can make the best short film in only 48 hours. The winning film will go up against films from around the world.

Enter today! Space is limited.

This year, teams will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Once the initial registration is complete, we will add teams to a waiting list.

Early Bird Registration is $140. Teams must register on or before Monday, June 15 to get this special rate. Regular registration is $160. If teams register after Tuesday, June 30 they must pay a rate of $175.

48HFP Horror Films Screen at the Horror Hotel

Notes  If you like scary movies then you'll definitely want to check out the International Horror Hotel, being held June 5 - 7 at the Clarion Inn & Conference Center in Hudson. On Friday June 5 several of our CLE48HFP Horror Project films from 2014 will be screening at 6:25pm:

In addition to these 48HFP films the Horror Hotel features tons of other horror film screenings, workshops, and creepy merchandise for sale throughout the weekend. Notes  All are welcome to attend this free film panel sponsored by the Cleveland 48HFP and the Ohio Center for Broadcasting. Guest speakers include experienced film producers, directors, and festival programmers ready to share their experiences and advice as well as answer all of your questions about the film industry.

Peter John Ross - Award winning director, producer and film educator!

Notes  Get together for this final event before the CLE48HFP Kickoff! Mix and mingle with Cleveland area filmmakers, actors, directors, and more. This is a great opportunity to find people for your 48HFP teams, meet teams that still need people, and hang out with other members of the film community in a cool venue. The CLE48HFP producers will be on hand to answer all your questions about this year's competition.
