Get Ready for An Amazing Challenge!

The weekend? 4 - 6 October 2019

The challenge? To make a film in only 48 hours!

Filmmakers from all over the Bonaire area will compete to see who can make the best short film in only 48 hours. The winning film will go up against films from around the world at Filmapalooza 2020 for a chance at the grand prize and an opportunity to screen at the Cannes Film Festival 2020 Short Film Corner.

Launch & Photo Op Event

This is the official launch event of the Bonaire 48 Hour Film Project 2019 for all media-makers on Bonaire. During this night we will officially launch the registration for this year's competition.

It's gonna be a fun night where we connect with also filmmakers plus look back on the 2018 competition and share the 2019 plans with all participants.

BONUS: Come with your team to get your official team group picture taken by Roëlton Thodé Photography.

*Anyone can represent your team, but someone must be there

*6:00pm – Check in WITH the SIGNED TEAM LEADER’S AGREEMENT

*Your Team Representative will draw a genre for your team

*Two genres will be on the paper. Choose one or combine them and tell us which one you chose when you return with the finished film


*Character, Prop, and Line of Dialogue will be announced just before 7:00pm and posted on
