The premiere screenings for the 2025 Toronto 48 Hour Horror/Sci-Fi Film Project are just around the corner. Join us at the historic Revue Cinema for a thrilling showcase of short films—each one written, shot, and edited in just 48 hours!
🎟️ Tickets & Screening Times:

Doors open 30 minutes before showtime. Seating is limited—arrive early!

Each screening features 15 original sci-fi and horror short films in a variety of sub-genres, with a total runtime of ~2 hours. From eerie supernatural tales to far-out futuristic adventures, there's something for every fan of genre cinema.

Films are not rated and may contain mature content. Viewer discretion is advised. Not suitable for children!

Experience the excitement of the Toronto 48 Hour Film Project as we bring a thrilling collection of short films to the big screen—all created in just one weekend! Each screening features a dynamic mix of sci-fi and horror sub-genres, from mind-bending futuristic adventures to pulse-pounding terror. With 15 short films per screening and a runtime of approximately 2 hours, there’s something for everyone, making this a must-see event for film lovers!
📍 Venue: All screenings will take place at the historic Revue Cinema, 400 Roncesvalles Ave, Toronto
Doors open 30 minutes before showtime—seating is limited, so we recommend arriving early.

Complimentary Tickets for Team Leaders – Each Team Leader will receive two complimentary tickets to their Premiere Screening. Their name, plus one, will be on a guest list at the door. Additional tickets for cast, crew & friends must be purchased.

This special event will showcase 15 of the best short films from this year’s Toronto 48 Hour Film Project, followed by our awards ceremony, where we recognize the standout achievements in directing, cinematography, acting, and more.

The Best Film will receive the honor of being screened at Filmapalooza, where it will compete against top films from around the world. If it excels there, it will go on to be screened at the Cannes Film Festival Short Film Corner!
